Research on Comprehensive Benefits Evaluation System of Earthwork Comprehensive Utilization in Waterway Project

For a long time, the land is a kind of scarce source in East China's coastal areas. Under the guidance of the concept of developing a sustainable transport, how to co-ordinate various kinds of engineering projects, and to bring about the comprehensive utilization of land resource to achieve the objective of the construction of infrastructure facilities occupying the land as little as possible and to integrated social benefit maximization are an urgent problem to solve. By exploring efficiency evaluation methods of earthwork comprehensive utilization in the waterway engineering, this article improves scientific system of the soil utilization efficiency evaluation, enriches and develops the earthwork comprehensive utilization research and soil science system, and provides the scientific basis to adapt to local conditions and rational use of land resources.
