摘要

The drilling-blasting method is one of the most common methods of blasting excavation, which operating process requires various types of borer, earth-moving machinery and other ancillary equipments, etc. For constructions as frequently changing locations, small amount of work, narrow operating scope, and even shorter operating time, more construction equipments were required, which has resulted in increased conversion time and cost, difficult manage and low efficiency. Therefore, the multi-functional engineering equipment project for blasting construction was proposed. For it, the capability and requirement was analyzed, and it is studied that include drilling machine choosing, quick-change connection design and control, and work flow for blasting excavation. The paper can provide multi-functional integrated device and technical support for blasting operations in a narrow space, remote mountainous areas and fast rescue construction, and has an important practical application value to the achievement of drilling, blasting, digging and other series of operations.
