Economic Evaluation Model of Large Projects in Eco-city Group

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to present a new consideration about the different life periods of the environmental impacts to the economic evaluation for a project, which is very important for the sustainable development of eco-city group. And it tries to build a comprehensive model, including economic evaluation and ecological evaluation in a whole model, to get the true value of project at the condition of sustainable development of eco-city group Design/methodology/approach - This paper uses regional emergy analysis theory to calculate the ecological effects at the area of eco-city group, which can solve the problem of quantitative analysis of ecological effects. Then we get the different rates and calculation periods of different ecological effects (presumption: the values are given by using the way of expert assessment).
