Laser and Plasma processing for direct writing of high quality optical surfaces

摘要

An emerging fabrication process for refractive optical surfaces consisting of laser direct writing and plasma polishing is presented. The high flexibility of this approach results from the direct writing capabilities of the laser process and the effective shape maintaining smoothing by local plasma jet polishing.
