With the development of national economy and the improving people's living standards, the supply capacity of distribution network, power quality and reliability requirements are increasing, the power company is facing many new challenges, one important issue is how to improve the quality and reliability of power supply at the same time, as much as possible to reduce operating, maintenance and construction costs, and achieved the unity of the reliability and economy. Therefore, how to balance the multi-object optimization problem in distribution network planning has become an urgent problem. The distribution network reliability evaluation model is introduced in this paper. By random sampling of fault incidents to get the original system status data, calculation the powerflow of fault state to form the reliability index, set the reliability index and the network losses as the economic index to reconstruct the distribution network, thus improving the original operation performance of network and fault recovery ability.
