Only if the enterprise adheres to customer-oriented in the product design and provides the value beyond rival and strives for customers and maintaining customers, then it will acquire sustained competitive advantage. Then, the author described the characteristics of enterprise core competence and customer value based on the detailed descriptive. Finally, the paper analyzed the inner relations of customer value and enterprise core competence.
