Evaluation the emergency decision-making under earthquake

The pros and cons of the emergency rescue plans will directly affect the success or failure of earthquake emergency management under the action of earthquake disasters. Currently, two basic methods to estimate the quality of the program under earthquake are formally available is giving descriptive evaluation by using the shape analysis method and partially quantitative analysis method, both are lack of a more accurate, comprehensive, integrated and quantitative analysis and evaluation. The objective of this paper is to provide the matching degree of the actual implementation of the emergency decision-making plan rescue effect and the realities by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, established a program of emergency decision-making model and optimize the program. Through improving and perfecting the emergency plan constantly, make the best use of the resources, to improve the efficiency of emergency rescue and the general earthquake emergency management proficiency.
