摘要

Five networked driving simulators are used in this study for investigation into interactive behaviors among drivervehicle- systems in road traffic accidents. Constant recording data and surrounding vehicles data are used for the accident reconstruction and for understanding the background of the road traffic accident at the intersection in town area. Not only the data of concerned vehicles in accident, but also other vehicle position and driver’s action is needed to understand how drivers act during merge in highway junction. Throttle position or some direct information of each driver’s intention will reduce the cognition time or decision time in merge. The system will be possible to be used for further R&D of effective active safety systems.
