Opening (10 minutes) Set expectations (objectives); Introductions; Review of Tuesday Panel Materials (15 minutes); Highlights and key points that are necessary for the work of the work groups; Rules from the SEI (15 minutes); Relevant responses to the Q&A from Wednesday's presentation & Q&A (15 minutes); Assign Workgroups (5 minutes); Workgroups address general and specific questions provided to them (30 minutes); BREAK (30 minutes); Workgroups - continued (35 minutes to develop responses and to create reports); Reporting by Workgroup (5 minutes per workgroup - top 2 items plus A= 50 minutes); Brief only the critical issues and those that will require further study. Turn in other results (flip charts) to the SEI representatives Summary, Wrap-up (5 minutes).
