摘要

This paper presents firstly the mathematical model for the transversal vibrations of a thin planar plate having a linear elastic behavior versus a thin planar plate having a viscoelastic behavior. Both plates are considered making general motions of simultaneous translation and rotation. Each of those plates could be considered as being a kinematic element of a certain kinematic linkage. Using the Laplace integral transformation and the double Fourier sinus transformationt fitting with the simple boundary conditions that are considered for each plate, the transversal displacement field is found for each type of plate. This way, the obtained mechanical and mathematical models could very well be used to study the vibrations of car bodies. A specific numerical case is presented. Finally, a comparative study between the two elastic behavioral cases is presented.
