In present an important aspect has the energy production from green combustible that does not damage the environment. This scientific paper is describing the calorific power of the native species in compare with the exotic species and the used method for determination of the calorific power for each sample in part. Also the results are compared with fossil fuels that in present are the main used products that ensure the necessary energy amount. In the paper, there were analyzed from the native species the Cherry (Prunus avium L.), Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus L.), Yew (Taxus baccata L.), Pine (Pinus strobes L.) species and from the exotic species were analyzed Limba (Terminalia superba) and Rose-tree (Rosa rubiginosa). These native species are often used by the people from the rural areas for producing heat and the exotic species are used by furniture manufacture. The use of the wooden biomass as energetically solid combustible in the energy production field ensures the decrease of the CO_2 and volatile substance emissions and reduces the Global Worming Process.
