A Novel Soft-Switching Full-Bridge Converter for ZVS in Light and Full. Load Conditions with Current-Doubler Rectifier

摘要

A novel full-bridge converter suitable for low-voltage high-current output -applications is proposed. Itrealizes ZVS for all switches over the entire load range withthe use of voltage complementary auxiliary network on theprimary side. A current-doubler rectifier is adopted on thesecondary side which has no duty cycle loss and nosecondary voltage spike. The operation principle andcharacteristic of the converter are discussed, in detail. Thedesign method of key parameters is given. The performanceof the proposed converter is verified by experimentalresults.
