The mediation of data heterogeneity in Web services composition

摘要

The emergence of Web service and its architecture is to provide enterprise solutions by composing Web services to constitute processes in the domains of business and science.Heterogenity problems is one of the obstacle of interaction between Web services.This paper firstly analyses the existing several heterogeneous situtaions in services compositions,present the mediation-based approach for resolving these problems by the exsiting technologies and tools,such as SAWSDL,WSDL,OWL and Axis 2.Describe the related technologies used by the mediation approach,expatiate the processes of implementing transform of heterogeneous data by the mediation.The mediation can sealessly integrate with the existing infromation integration system or Web services composition framework,and effectively improve the quality of Web services composition.
