This paper describes 5 years of experience on the vibration monitoring of 8 windturbines 1,3 MW in the south of France including instrumentation of the wind turbines. the communication architecture with the diagnosis centers. the measurement strategies, Vibration expert and field engineers closed relation. the results in terms of Vibration signal processing and trends, correlation with vibration analysis and mechanical failure, and the results in terms of machine and operations hours savings.
