Three dimensions of the general fashion industry cluster analysis framework are built from the aspects of customization, agile manufacturing and supply chain management (SCM). Based on the above analytical framework, clusters based on the process in the organization at all levels has a different status. The implementation of customized models is created on different conditions of cooperation made suitable for the agile fashion industry clusters. In the study, for the quantitative characteristics of models, the project build a execution modes of agile and customized manufacturing for fashion enterprise clusters to simulate the competitiveness. The importance of this study is to highlight the importance of integrating agile manufacturing and SMc strategies in fashion industry cluster, and illustrate how these might be combined for supplying customized products efficiently.
