Directional Social Network Analysis for supporting the Reliable Decision Making process

Due to drastic growth of web information, reliability and accuracy of information is emerged more important issue. Especially, social network analysis with web information could support to the efficient decision-making process. In this paper, we propose the directional social network analysis approach for an efficient decision making. We extract the relationship between individuals with directional correlations which are positive and negative connectivity. The proposed approach should be support to the efficient decision making in an online transaction.
