It is known that the best environment sintering of powder soft magnetic materials based on iron is hydrogen or a vacuum [1]. However, sintering in a vacuum is expensive, but hydrogen is not only expensive but also explosive. Sintering of iron products in the gas containing nitrogen (ammonia or pure nitrogen) affects the service characteristics of soft magnetic materials. The most important structure-sensitive characteristic for them is the coercive force He (Table 1), which increases under adverse conditions of sintering.
