This paper found that the campus culture square (hereinafter referred to as square) study only involved in architecture, environmental studies and sociology areas, consulting many research results on campus culture. The role of PE in campus culture square did not cause the concern of the researchers. Thus, it investigated Physical and human environment about PE in the "square" through investigation method, and analyzed the dynamic and static elements in sports through logical analysis, and defined the concept of the "square" through Transplant Reference method. It described the optimization scenarios of the "square" after sports elements in implantation, and demonstrated the active effect of sports elements in implantation, which is reflected by square natural and human environment, square cultural taste, square activities and square efficiency.The conclusions are as follows: 1. the "square" need "people-oriented" science to optimize. Sports elements in implantation should follow the principles of integration, the public, safety, ecological, recreational, so that it coincided with the natural space and overall style of the "square". 2. Static sports element to the teachers and students need to be implanted and psychological perception of the premise, from vision, hearing, smell, touch and other subtle to start, create a "square" sports culture, behavior and activities to create conditions for teachers and students, will " Plaza "center and edge of the space, road space, green space for multi-functional transformation, so that people in leisure and enjoy exercise in the movement to learn, make friends, enhance the cultural quality. 3.
