Pilot Training Program of Huan Dao Jiao Long Submersible

摘要

There are no certification measures of submersible pilot in China, before Huan Dao Jiao Long program. Now the trial certification measures for submersible pilot were published by Hainan Maritime Safety Administration of P.R.C, because of promotion of China Ship Scientific Research Center and the support of Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China. This paper initially review the process of the administrative permission for Huan Dao Jiao Long submersible, and then briefly introduce the trial certification measures for submersible pilot. Finally, theory training structure and practical training structure of the submersible's pilot are emphatically illustrated.
