摘要

Engineering change is one of the important issues incontract management. To strengthen management and control ofengineering change have great significance for the achievement ofcontract management objectives. Researches on responsibilitiesof engineering change risk factors offer a new thought forimproving level of cost management and control of engineeringchange. The study method in this paper is to find out engineeringchange risk factors according to the engineering change reasonsand fault tree analysis method. On the basis of risk allocation, theresponsibilities identification of different reasons can reduce theexpenses claim and settlement of dispute which caused byengineering change, and finally to introduce the specific case toanalysis the process aforementioned.
