The Chinese traditional folk-house provides a basic comfortable living-space for people since long time. The article focuses on the ecological strategy of choosing site in traditional folk-house. Base on a great deal of literature and examples, the author concludes some strategy from different angles, such as orientation, soil, water, wind, plant, topography and so on. Then, the article gains the ideal space pattern and it's characters.
