Construction enterprises are faced with safety riskwhich receives special attention as well as the intensivepre-control from the corporation. Based on data of Mcc JingtangConstruction Corporation (JTMCC) and understanding thesafety risk and implementation of related management systemmeasures in the construction stage, this article aims at findingsolutions and direction to the risk control of constructionenterprises and promoting ways to build enterprise riskmanagement and internal control system.
