The Design and Application of Airborne Video surveillance System

摘要

When facing the emergencies, to achieve the wholeday real-time scanning services on targets, we propose a programwith integration of visible and infrared imagers. A novel airbornelow-altitude monitoring system is designed. it helps operators todetect targets accurately. Experiments show that the design isfeasible and the system is practical, reliable, and easy to operate,displays Chinese characters, etc.
