By means of the achievement of informationization construction in Modern Distance Education Project in Rural Primary and Middle Schools, web-based regional teaching research has become a widely adopted teaching research form for rural teachers to improve their professional ability. Compared with computer network, mobile communication network has obvious advantages of time and space span. Half-loose mode dominated by mobile communication network for regional teaching research can make effective use of rural teachers' fragmentary time for study, impel them to build learning team with long-term participation stickiness, help problem-solving originated from teaching situation, stimulate reflection and interaction on deeper level, and promote teachers' professional development. All these supply beneficial experiments for proportionally improving the levels of teaching research for rural teachers in the new situation.
