Research on countermeasures for China to deal with green barrier in the international environmental management: From the view of competition policy of WTO

摘要

Green barrier is a combination of international environmental management and international trade. But it includes rational green barrier and irrational green barrier and WTO accepts rational green barrier which accords with its competition policy. China may judge whether the green barrier is rational or not according to the competition policy of WTO and then complain against the irrational green barrier and construct native rational green barrier under the framework of WTO.
