摘要

Independent innovation is the motivation at core in the sustainable development of construction enterprises, and talent is the core of innovation activities. This article analyzes the barrier brought by the deficiency of HR management to the innovation activities in construction enterprises, and tries to build a HR management system of independent innovation in construction enterprises, in order to strengthen the innovation ability and enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.
