This paper uses a DEA model to do an empiricalanalysis on the innovative efficiency of small and mediumenterprises (SMEs) in the cluster based on inputs and outputs,and provides an effective way to identify existing issues and thecauses of SMEs in Guangdong cluster of materials industry, putsforword the direction to improve SMEs' innovative efficiency inthe cluster for the decision makers.
