Due to increasing energy consumption and environmental hazards, the efficient and clean energy sources are urgently required in modern society. Thus, a lot of different energy devices are developed and their performance has been enhanced extremely. In addition, the importance of energy devices hybridization is noticed because it is a solution to overcome the limitation of each device. For enhancement or hybridization of devices, the accurate and universal guideline for exhibiting the direction of development of devices and hybridization of each device is urgently required. The Ragone plot is the most widely accepted guideline. Figure 1 is the Ragone plot which is a most widely accepted guideline for energy devices. The Ragone plot which named by David V. Ragone has been originally used for the purpose of comparison between battery performance. Also, it is a useful tool for comparing energy devices such as fuel cell, internal combustion engine, etc. [1]
