The thesis, which refers contents such as strategies of exploitation, affairs of system, structure of system and the character of workflow technology, has stated the exploitation of a school affairs workflow system based on organization structure. The exploitation of organization driving workflow is an point upon which the thesis discoursed emphatically According to the thesis it is a workflow exploitation way resulting from experience and is adapted to exploiting the workflow systems with a strong dependence to organization structure.
