ENERGY EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS OF RESIDENTIAL ELECTRIC ENDUES: BASED ON STATISTICAL SURVEY AND HOURLY METERED DATA

According to the European Commission 20-20-20 target, 20% cut in emissions of greenhouse gasses is expected by 2020. As part of this plan, the government of Finland has approved a strategy, on 6 November 2008, with detailed measures to be taken. The national measures which specifically focused on enhancing efficiency of energy consumption on housing, construction and transportation are expected to reduce emissions by an average of 16% from the 2005, by 2020.
