The problem of dynamic instability of a non-symmetric non-homogeneous over thickness rectangular plate is considered. In this case equations of bending vibrations and planar oscillations are not separated. The dependence of the critical velocity on dynamic instability from the parameter that depends on the conditions of asymmetric is obtained.
