About Some Extensions of Loan Laws in Terms of Variable Interest

Nowadays, the analysis of interest influence for loan reimbursement represents, nowadays, an important issue, as the payments sum is always bigger than the amortization sum. This difference is influenced by the loan interest values. The paper deals with the generalization of some basic results known as loan laws (the law of amortization, the law of annuities, the law of successive differences of interests and so on). Practically, in terms of variable interest, we determine the amount paid over the loan value and we also underlie an important economic interpretation (from capitalization point of view) for the overall sum that has to be paid within loan contract.
