Study regarding the Role of Entrepreneurship in Romania within the Labour Market Dynamics

One of the most significant objectives of the New Lisbon Strategy is the most efficient capitalization of the human capital in the economy, within the conditions of restricting this resource from the forecasted demographic evolutions, and its implication in obtaining competitive advantage through the capitalisation of the entrepreneurial, creative and innovative qualities of the active persons. Romania excelled the stage of competitiveness based on the intensive exploitation of the unqualified or poorly qualified labour force. Now, this country must orient to enforce the efficiency through higher education and continuous training, obtaining benefits from the existing technologies and assurance of the premises to pass to the innovation based competitiveness. The paper propose a model to analyse the entrepreneurial process in Romania, based on which, depending on the level of economic development and competitive level of the country, to be established, the existing relations, on one hand between the conditions of the innovation and entrepreneurial framework and entrepreneurship, and on other hand between entrepreneurship and labour market. Following, through the identification of causes which generates relations, we aim to establish the role of the Romanian public authority within these circumstances.
