"Times are dangerous turbulence but the greatest danger is the temptation to deny reality." Think about the dinosaurs, they once ruled the world, but have adapted slowly to change, so they disappeared from Earth. The article presents a systemic vision, an overall vision upon growth performance of modern computer methods, supported by the pillars of efficient organizational management. People have been and will always remain the pillars. Leading people toward experiment, learning and collaboration is therefore essential in implementing ERP systems.
