Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Crisis Management of Earthquake Disasters in Public Buildings

In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the crisis management is set up at the background of earthquake disasters of the public buildings. Firstly, each evaluation index and weight indicator is calculated in the method of Delphi and the analytic hierarchy process And then, the score of each evaluated subject is computed adopting the method of linear weighting. Finally, putting all the evaluation subjects into several different classifications according to the fuzzy clustering analysis. The quality level of the public buildings is determined based on the different needs of the different classification level. In order to guarantee the security of the public buildings, optimal management should be implemented in the public buildings according to the classifications. In the paper, the conclusion is summarized by the method of comprehensive evaluation taking the example of earthquake disasters of the teaching buildings as the subject, which will poses guiding significance for the crisis management of the public buildings.
