Admixtures of cement and polymer resin were prepared for water storage in an aquifer layer. Water to cement (w/c) ratio was in the range of 6/7 to 10/7 and the resin added was between 10 and 60 ml. Samples were formed in two ways: by injecting the admixture into a box of 80x60x60 cm~3 with a pressure of 6 bar and by molding to fit a certain dimension based on the requirements of the standard measurement. It was found that the increase of water to cement ratio enhances the coefficient of permeability. In addition, the coefficient of permeability decreases with increasing the volume of resin. An attempt to make a relationship between the permeability and the porosity showed that a power law would hold. However, more data are required for confirming the power law.
