The New Development of Research on Water and SedimentVariation in Yellow River Basin

摘要

The research on water and sediment variation in Yellow River is the significant issue of the Yellow River' s development and management. Through a summary of the previous research on water and sediment variation in the Yellow River, the paper systemically introduces the current research content, main conclusion and analysis methods on Yellow River' s water and sediment variation and discusses the existing problems. Combining with the author' s current research achievements, the paper introduces the new development and new ideas on the research on the Yellow River' s water and sediment variation. Based on the Yellow River' s special runoff and sediment producing environment and current existing problems on the research on Yellow River' s water and sediment variation, the author brings forward some topics which need the further study on the research on Yellow River' s water and sediment variation.
