The aim of this paper is to describe new possibilities related to some applications of frames and fusion frames in stroboscopic tomography of classical and quantum open systems. We-assume that the evolutions of systems in question are given by appropriate semigroups on the sets of states and that information about system states is given by expectation values of fixed observables (physical quantities) at some time instants t_1,...,t_r, Natural ways in which frames and fusion frames appear in stroboscopic tomography can be used to reduce the influence of noise and loss of data in determination of states. Overcompletness of frames turns out to be very useful in comparison to the methods based on orthonormal sets of vectors.
