Study on Development of Circular Economy in Hefei

摘要

Circular economy is essentially ecological economy, reflecting the strategy of sustainable development. It is a kind of mode in accordance with the cycle mode of natural ecosystems forming the closed material recycling of resource utilization-the green industry-renewable resources and energy feedback processes, to achieve low consumption, high use, low waste of economic operation, to maximize the use of the material and energy, and improve resource utilization, to minimize the emission of pollutants and enhance the quality of economic operation and efficiency of economic activities on the natural environment to minimize the damage extent. We study how to construct circular agriculture, circular industry and circular society in order to gain circular economy in Hefei.
