摘要

The dynamic process in GMAW is extremely complicated. Because of randomness of the microcosmic drop transfer process, the welding electrical parameters are non-reproducible and transient. In order to study the behavior of dynamic process to evaluate the quality of welding machine and make stable arc combustion and normal drop transfer, on the basis of extensive research in the past the microcomputer measurement and analysis system was presented in this paper. Realizing high-speed measurement and integrating data processing function the system which contains hardware subsystem and software subsystem could not only be used in the statistical analysis of the experimental results including arc voltages ,welding current and others but provide some relative information on physical property of welding arc through time and frequency domain analysis technology. It provided a system of hardware and software supporting welding dynamic process analysis and solving the problem of variety and complexity of the measurement data. The design of the system made the dynamic process was visualized by the aid of computer's graphics technology. Taking the measurement of the practical welding process as example in the end of the paper, the dynamic process was analyzed. The application of the system shows the advantages of the present method, i.e., more efficiency and more accuracy.
