摘要

Finite computing precision degrades the performance of chaotic systems implemented by digital circuits or computers. A dynamic perturbation scheme is introduced to overcome the problem. With the scheme, a multiple chaotic pseudo-random number generator, mLC-PRNG, is designed. Randomness of the mLC-PRNG is verified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) statistical test suite. Besides, an image encryption system is constructed based on the mLC-PRNG. Simulation tests and security analyses indicate that the mLC-PRNG is applicable for stream ciphers.
