Aging population and the environment resources will be the important issues of sustainable development in today's society. This article is based on the content of lowcarbon economy and universal design of address aging society harmonious coexistence of different groups of people, concerned about the universal design of effective use of resources, "best use" consistent with the low-carbon economic model, analyzed the reality of universal design to promote the positive use of effective in the consumer guide, the rational use of resources and industrial structure towards lowcarbon technology and so on.
