Choice of diversification strategy based on core competence of corporation group

Based on the strategies and core competence of corporation group, this article briefly introduces its diversification classification method, finally proposes the diversification development based on its core competence, achieves advantage position to achieve the goal of sustainable development in the developing process of corporation group.
