Based on the CB of the Economic and Policy analysis on wetland ecosystem compensation in China

摘要

As one of the world's three ecosystems, wetlands is an important part of the ecosystem. The farmland development and the lack of water resources led to reduction of wetland resources. Therefore, China has taken a series of measures to protect the ecological environment of wetland. Wetland Ecological compensation as a compensation system for the various stakeholders, it can not only inhibit the right over-exploitation of wetland resources effectively, encourage wetland protection acts, and mitigate the contradiction between protection and utilization, but also help to establish the effective value mechanism in the wetland conservation, then to form long-term, stable wetland interests. Based on the diversity and the external of wetland, the main line of cost-benefit analysis, this paper analysis the wetland ecological compensation from the property rights, public goods perspective on China. At last, the paper put forward the policy suggestion.
