Romanian tax system - opportunities and failures

During the years, Romania suffered many changes related to its fiscal system. Starting with 2007, since we've joined European Union, Romania committed to respect the EU legislation. In the following article we will try to underline some of the advantages and disadvantages for investors that decide to start a business in Romania. From the fiscal point of view, Romania is the land of many possibilities. Doing business in Romania has definitely advantages but also disadvantages, as we will see.
