High-performance-based design is crucial for increasing application level and speed of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC), which can be achieved by properly designing mixture ratio of RAC. A mixture ratio design method of high performance recycled concrete (HPRC) based on anti-carbonization performance in atmospheric environment was proposed in this paper. The presented method considered workability and strength as short-period performance indices. At the same time, carbonization depth and chlorine ion penetrability coefficient were taken as long-period performance indices. Farther, general efficiency coefficient that combined the above four indices into a total index was used to design and optimize mixture ratio of HPRC. And design program and utility formula based on the general efficiency coefficient method were put forward.
