On their way to success in the e-business arena many companies worldwide are to overcome challenges that this area of business is facing nowadays. The Dubai companies are not exception to that. This paper addresses e-business challenges in the information and communication industry in Dubai. The findings from this research indicate that Dubai's information and communication industry faces very similar challenges as the rest of the Dubai's industries that are engaged in e-business. The most encountered challenges include: 'laws and regulations,' 'integrated payment gateways,' 'acquiring loyal customers,' 'managing changes' and 'delivering reliable information'.
