摘要

Tetrapod-like nano-ZnO whiskers was prepared by physical method. And for small size effect of nano materials, aggregation should be solved before it's practical application. So, different dispersing method were designed and examined, base on this nano-ZnO/acrylic resin composite was prepared to form nano functional coating. The composite with uniform distribution of nano-ZnO in the acrylic resin was achieved multi-functions. The coatings can be used for plastic materials and so on. Furthermore, the mechanisms of the function were also analyzed simply.
