Designing, Consenting and Building New Infrastructure in Environmentally Sensitive Places

摘要

This paper provides an insight into the trials and tribulations of route planning, designing, designating, compensating and building of a new 110kV capable transmission line in an environmentally sensitive area. Additionally this paper will touch on the impact of the Carbon and ETS policies on the determination of landowner compensation.
