A Decentralized Model for Self-managed Web Services Applications

摘要

Self-management in distributed systems is a way to cope with the growing complex-ity of these ones today, and its support in existing systems requires a transformation in theirarchitectures. This work presents a decentralized model for the implementation of self-management capabilities, which also has the advantage of avoiding the single point of failure(SPOF) issue, providing more robustness to the management system. The proposed architecturehas been validated in a real distributed application.
